The Wedding That Started it All + Our Wedding Winners!

In celebration of our anniversary, we thought we'd share a little bit of our history. Seven years ago, our property, now known as Lake Max Meadows hosted our very own wedding.  When Ed proposed, he said he knew exactly where we should get married...right in the field on our farm property. Little did we know, it would be the start of a wedding and event venue for other couples to come say "I do" at too. Since being married in 2011, we've been blessed with the addition of three little ones to our family as well. Cole, Lucy and Nora have made life interesting, but oh so fun! They love to help out on projects and of course, play all over Lake Max Meadows. 

Our property has changed over the years, as we've invested A LOT to make it an even more amazing space. Becky's photography studio, Always Happy Life Photography, has been thriving since 2012 in "The Studio" barn. We built a new office, "The Big Red Barn",  for our company, Sail22, several years ago as well when we outgrew our prior space. We feel so fortunate to be able to work and play at Lake Max Meadows all day, every day! 

We are also so excited to announce our "Win a Wedding at Lake Max Meadows" couple, Lyndsey Schooley and Evan Jinks, who will be be married and have their reception with us on August 10, 2018. We met with them a few weeks ago, along with all of our wedding sponsors to work on planning their upcoming day. It's going to be absolutely amazing!!! A special thanks to the Marshall County Tourism board for helping us to promote the giveaway...it worked...Lyndsey and Evan are from Tampa, Florida and are excited for their destination wedding in Culver, Indiana!
